Ysgol Pontyberem is situated in the Gwendraeth valley in Carmarthenshire. It provides education for 230 pupils from 4-11 years old.

Ysgol Pen-y-Bryn is a special school that has developed a film skills curriculum to help pupils understand and gain industry standard experience of film making.

Some pupils at the Tai Education Centre struggle to communicate their feelings, make and maintain friendships and regulate their behaviour independently.

St. David’s College specialises in educating pupils with specific learning difficulties. They provide individual tutoring for pupils with barriers to learning.
